A nocturne, poetic image and meditation through improvised-like music.
A study-like toccata on an augmented chord and augmented second minor scale.

The next two pieces take us to different worlds. They hold oriental titles and contains occidental influences :

"Heyran" holds the title of is a Kurdish love ballad and imitates its micro-tonal mode unique singing-style in parallel with western harmonic modulations and two-part form construction.

Gained over 2000 views on sound-cloud, "Lezginka" is a traditional Dagistani 6/8 dance popular in the Caucasus region. However, the treatment of the musical material is not very traditional with its tarantella style play with 5/8 pulse-breaks making it the fourth musical hybrid of the suite.
